During my visit home to North Carolina to work a couple of portrait sessions and also celebrate my daughter, Annabella, 2nd Birthday with family we spent an afternoon walking through the Cape Fear Botanical Gardens. Annabella absolutly loved it! She loved getting her fingers and toes wet in the water, chasing the geese around, and having mommy chase after her.
I was disappointed more was not in bloom but I did come across this gorgeous flower that I don't know the name of (my sister, Jennifa, being the green thumb that she is would know in a heart beat) but it made me stop and admire it's beauty. So here are a few favorites from the day.
By the way I'll be home soon. I got calls today to photograph two band new babys this week. I can't wait to meet them. Yippy!
