Happy Thanksgiving!

So did you cook and eat as much as I did today? It was a gorgeous day that began with a much needed deep clean at my house. I've been swamped with work and the house was falling down around me. So after getting the Turkey in the oven I ran around like a mad women cleaning and just as I finished up the inlaws arrived. Yep, it was Thanksgiving at my house with the inlaws who were so helpfully in prepping the food and keeping me company in the kitchen. They truly are the best in laws. Finally we ate dinner at 3pm .... turkey, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole and yada yada yada. It was Yummy! I just wished I always had that much time to cook such a meal or that I even desired to cook! lol

We followed dinner with my favorite game, UPWords, and watched the latest holiday movie, Fred Claus. It was a funny one that I'd recommend watching. Lastly I dragged down all the Christmas stuff down from the attic and put the tree up with my little helper, Annabella, while daddy worked. I am just glad it's over with. I love putting up the Christmas decor but I sure hate putting up the Christmas tree and fluffing it. Don't you? I know I can't be the only one.

So I took just a few pictures but have yet to down load them. I'll be sure to post some snapshots later. Now I am looking forward to the holiday sales. Happy Shopping!
