It was a beautiful day here in sunny Florida celebrating Jesus birth. The weather was warm and I didn't mind because growing up as an Army brat I was never in the same place to long. Therefore, a white Christmas isn't tradition for me. Now don't get me wrong I'd love to visit the snow but then come home!
Anyways, back to Christmas Cheer.... I hope your day was filled with loved ones, yummy food, and lots of sharing and caring, laughter and joy. Typically our morning begins with blueberry pancakes followed by opening gifts but daddy had to work last night so my daughter, Annabella, who is just 2 1/2 years old had to wait all morning to opening her gifts. Poor baby girl, not only was she patient but she is also not feeling very well to top it off.
So we opened gifts by noon, my wonderful in laws were in town and cooked dinner, I baked more cookies while Annabella and her Mimi built a ginger bread train. So much fun! I only wish my little girl wasn't sick but some how it didn't stop her from playing with all her new toys all day and night long. Silly girl!
Here is this years holiday card followed by images of my angel. There is much more work to come in the days ahead. I am going on vacation next month where I'll see plenty of snow and it can't come soon enough.
Merry Christmas to all of my friends and friendly blog followers.
