Trip to St. Louis

It was a very cold trip up north but it IS THAT TIME OF YEAR and my hubby and I wanted to visit friends, go skiing, take a tour of the ever popular Anheuser-Busch Brewery and I wanted to see the infamous Jefferson National Expansion Memorial (Gateway Arch) . It was site to see, much fun and the weather wasn't to bad as long as you were all bundled up. It even made me want to buy a cute pair of boots but knowing I am a Florida girl I resisted and just bought some gloves. The weather was perfect for skiing (not windy) but my husband being the pro skier and this only being the second time I'd ever attempted I don't think we will be skiing together anytime soon unless I have a partner on the bunny slopes. lol! So much fun and a much needed brake of relaxation. I even knitted me a hat and read a book.... TWILIGHT by Stephanie Myers! I was hooked after reading the first chapter. Now being back home I hope to make time to finish it.
