My Lil Princess is Three!

Yesterday it was my daughters 3rd Birthday and it was a mandatory day off for fun in the sun with my favorite girl. I can't believe she is three years old it seems like just yesterday I was caring her around in my tummy eating brownie after brownie not counting calories but counting down the days until she was born. But lets not talk about the brownie part because that became a permanent fixture on my hips that I am trying to work off.... 2 inches gone so far. Yeah!

Anyways back to the fun day I spent with my little princess. I found out about dining with the Princess oh maybe 6 weeks ago and knew that this was perfect way to celebrate. Ever since she watched the movie, Sleeping Beauty, nothing else compared. So because of the short notice the Magic Kingdom was booked but I was able to make reservations at Norway’s Akershus restaurant at Epot.

As my daughter entered the castle she was greeted by Belle and got her picture taken.... it was the sweetest moment. You could just see the excitement and awwww in her eyes as she looked at this lovely and beautiful lady. Although I do have to mention that the first princess she wanted to see was of course Sleeping Beauty. Infact, Princess Aurora is this years birthday theme (you will soon see). After we were seated and while we enjoyed a yummy lunch and dessert, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White each came to our table and talked with Annabella. It was the sweet thing for a mommy to see her little girl just beaming with excitement and a touch of shyness because these characters we read about everyday are right here before her very eyes.

Well, after the excitment of lunch we explored the park and the fun lasted until 8 o'clock. Needless, to say I was whipped out and ready for a cold one when I got home and also in need of one more day home to do laundry and pack before leaving on our road trip. Here are a few images from my point and shoot of Annabella and the princess she got to meet in celebration of her 3rd birthday. I look forward to doing it again every year until she say "NO"! She really did love it!
